¶ Rather than putting the Tri-Community under the major D² Enterprises umbrella or considering an update to Proteus Publishing, took the decision to form a new limited liability company with the state of Michigan.

Written approvals were received this morning from Corporations Division of Corporations, Securities & Commercial Licensing Bureau:
